摘要
考察了多种改性材料的氢转移反应活性及对催化裂化催化剂的重油转化活性及汽油中烯烃含量的影响规律。采用高活性稳定性的改性分子筛材料 ,在较优的工艺条件下制备了可以降低催化裂化汽油烯烃含量的GOR催化剂。小型固定流化床评价结果表明 ,与一般重油裂化催化剂相比 ,在裂化能力和选择性相当时 ,GOR催化剂可降低汽油烯烃含量 5 .2个百分点 。
The hydrogen transfer activities of several modified materials were investigated and co related with the heavy oil catalytic cracking ability and olefin content in cracked naphtha. A catalyst GOR was prepared at optimal conditions by using a modified molecular sieve with high activity and good hydrothermal stability as active component for olefin reduction of cracked naphtha. The evaluation data from fixed fluidized bed reactor showed that 5.2 percentages of olefins in cracked naphtha was reduced and its octane number was raised as compared with a commercial resid catalyst.
