摘要
以铝、正丁醇、正硅酸乙酯和乙酰乙酸乙酯为原料 ,采用溶胶—凝胶法和超临界N2 萃取干燥工艺制备了含SiO2 (10mol%)的耐热Al2 O3 气凝胶 ,并用XRD和BET等实验手段研究了其基本结构。
Heat-resistant Al 2O 3 aerogels containing SiO 2(10mol%)are prepared from aluminium,n-butonal,ethoxide and acetoacetate by sol-gel and N 2 supercritical drying technique. XRD and BET are used to investigate the structure.
