摘要
本文报导了超声液态浸渗法制备碳化硅增强铝预制丝的由来及特点。介绍了经过改进的工艺所制得的预制丝的性能。其室温拉伸强度大于1000MPa,最小弯曲直径不大于30mm。金相和扫描电镜研究表明纤维与基体复合良好。
In this paper the origin and feature of the SiC reinforced aluminium preform wire have been reported. Microstructures and mechanical properties of this preform wires obtained by improved fabrication process were examined, it's tensile strength at room temperature is higher than 1000MPa and minimum fiexural diameter achieved is not greater than 30mm. The investigation by optical and scanning electron microscope shows that fibers have been fully infiltrated by aluminium.
