摘要
本文提供了一种经过改性的高性能的树脂基体,并对这种树脂体系及其复合材料的固化特性、工艺性、力学与热性能等进行了深入的研究。 该树脂体系有较长的凝胶时间和较低的本体粘度,可以在中温(100~120℃)下完全固化,得到坚韧和高模量的树脂基体。用该树脂基体制成的复合材料具有很好的力学与热性能,它成功地应用于小型直升机复合材料旋翼桨叶的试制。
This paper describes a high performance resin matrix modified. The processing properties, curing reaction and condition of the resin system were studied carefully. The mechanical and thermal properties of the resin casting and its composites were also determined considerably.The resin system has a long gel time and a low viscosity, and cures at moderate temperatures (100-120C ) to yield strong, high modulus resin matrix. The composites made of this resin matrix have good mechanical and thermal properties. They are used to manufacture the main rotor blades of the helicopter successfully.
