摘要
简要描述地理信息系统的发展、定义和建立基于 GIS的排水管理系统的必要性 ,对排水管理信息系统的数据模型、功能需求和开发方式进行了分析。
The paper briefly describes the development and definition of Geographical Information System(GIS)as well as the necessity of drainage management information system based on GIS.It also analyzes the data model,functional requirement and development mode of the drainage ma nagement information system.
