摘要
本文通过南宁市八十八年以来发生的特大洪水袭击未所遇到的实际问题 ,通过分析现状 ,列出存在的问题 ,提出处理的意见和应采取的措施。
The paper lists the existing problems and puts forward the treatment suggestions and the measures to be taken in accordance with the actual problems after hit by the catastrophic flood since the year 1988 in Nanning City as well as through the analysis of the present situations.
