摘要
传统的制革工业在生产过程中要产生原皮重 60 %以上的固体废弃物。由于没有充分利用 ,成为造成制革工业污染严重的重要原因之一。随着资源、环境等全球性生态问题的日益严峻 ,制革废弃物的资源化 ,特别是高值转化 ,已成为国内外关注的重要课题。本文对作为天然的生物质资源的胶原适用于食品。
Over 60% of raw hides are generated in the form of solid waste during traditional leather processing,which consists largely of collagen protein.However,due to insufficient utilization,it becomes one of the main factors resulting in leather\|making pollution.With the global ecological problems,such as resource and environment,becoming increasingly serious,the conversion of solid leather waste to reusable,especially high additional\|value products,has been an attractive subject of home and abroad nowadays.As a kind of natural biomass,collagen plays more and more important roles in the food,medicine and cosmetics industry. The main properties of collagen are not only a nutrient protein,but also having activation of the coagulation of blood,role in cellular growth,and its biocompatibility and biodegradability.Some methods of extracting collagen products from leather offal and its application in food,medical and cosmetic industry were reviewed briefly in this paper.
