摘要
以鲑鱼精DNA为模板合成了CdS纳米粒子 ,透射电子显微镜观察表明所生成的CdS是一种直径约为 3nm的线形结构 .紫外 -可见吸收光谱、拉曼光谱和X -射线光电子能谱结果表明 ,CdS纳米粒子的生长点为DNA中的磷酸根 。
In this paper they report the syntheses CdS nanoparticles by using salmon sperm DNA as template.Transmission electron microscope observation shows the CdS nanoparticle is a kind of nanowire with diameter of about 3 nm.UV-visible,Raman and X-ray photoelectron spectral results suggest that the nucleation sites of the CdS nanoparticles are the phosphate acid groups of DNA and there exists electron transfer from the CdS nanoparticle as electron donor to the bases of DNA as acceptor.
