牛磺酸是人体最重要的氨基酸之一,它对人体的健康,特别是对婴幼儿的发育有着重要作用,应引起我国有关部门的重视。文中介绍了牛磺酸的制取方法及在医药和食品中的应用。
Taurine is one of the most important amino acids of human bodies. It plays a very important role in maintaining good health, particularly for the normal development of new born babies. Therefore it should rouse attention of related departments. The preparation and applications of taurine to pharmaceutical and food industries are described.
