The production of suspension PVC resin in 45 m 3 polymerizer is introduced.This resin contains VCM residues far less than 5 ppm and dichloroethane less than 150 ppm,meeting the requirement of food hygiene grade resin.So the profits on sales increase by 7 200 000 RMB $ per year.The composition of this resin comprises VCM 100,water 170,dispersant (PVA+HPMC)0.04～0.08,initiator (EHP) 0.06～0.09 and other additives 0.18 weight parts.
