摘要
研究了超高分子质量聚酯 (UHMW PET)纤维的一级牵伸工艺条件对纤维结构性能的影响。结果表明 :在两级牵伸工艺条件下 ,采用较低的一级牵伸温度和牵伸速率 ,有利于得到结晶度较低 ,双折射、强度及牵伸倍率较高的纤维 。
The effect of drawing process to the properties of UHMW PET was studied in this paper.Drawing speed and drawing temperature have remarkable effect on the properties of the first step drawn fibers,which influence the draw ability at the second step drawing process.With the drawing temperature and drawing speed decreasing,the drawing ratio of as spun fiber increases.
