摘要
连铸工艺中Al2O3在浸入式水口内壁附着造成的堵塞严重影响了生产效率,开发防止Al2O3附着的新材料成为解决这一问题的主要方向。本文对几类具有防Al2O3附着作用的材料和防附着机理及其研究现状进行了介绍,探讨了浸入式水口用耐火材料今后可能的研究重点。
Al2O3 adhesion on the innerface of submerged nozzles decreases the productivity greatly in continuous casting process of steel-making industry. Many materials,which are expected to be hardly wettable to molten steel or form low melting point phases by reacting with molten steel, are briefly reviewed con cerning their performances and mechanisms for preventing Al2O3 adhesion in this paper. Several prom ising materials are prospected and some possible trends are suggested.
