摘要
结合生产实际,对隧道窑窑车衬砖进行了改造,设计了两种低蓄热窑车方案,用C语言程序计算了窑车衬砖中的温度场、蓄热量和散热量,并对其中一种方案进行了试验研究。结果表明,该方案切实可行,节能效果显著,并可有效地降低窑内上下温差。
In combination with the working condition,two types of low heat accumulation kiln cars were designed based on the old kiln cars. The temperatures,heat accumulation and heat consumption were calculated by computer and discussed here. One type of the cars was tested and researched. The result shows that the low heat accumulation kiln cars are advanced in saving energy and decreasing the temperature difference between up and down in a tunnel kiln.
