催化氧化法制备醇醚羧酸盐的研究 被引量:15

STUDY ON PREPARATION OF FATTY ALCOHOL ETOXYLATE CARBOXYLATE BY CATALYTIC OXIDATION

摘要 采用贵金属催化剂 (Pd/C)成功地将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚氧化为醇醚羧酸盐 (AEC)。对催化剂组成 (Pd/C)、反应温度 (5 0~ 80℃ )、反应压力 (0 .0 2~ 0 .1MPa)和加碱量对醇醚氧化反应转化率的影响进行了研究 ,得到了较佳的反应条件 ,醇醚转化率可达 95 %以上。催化剂经回收后可重复使用 4次。性能测试表明 ,氧化法得到的AEC和羧甲基化法得到的AEC物化性能相同。 Ethoxylated fatty alcohol was oxidized into alkylethoxylate carboxylate (AEC) by supported noble metal catalyst. Through the studies about the effect of the composite catalyst, reaction temperature(5080 ℃), pressure(0.020.1 MPa), and pH on the oxidation, the relatively optimum reaction conditions were obtained. The conversion ratio of ethoxylated fatty alcohol was more than 95%. The catalyst could be recovered and reused at least 4 times. The physico chemical properties of AEC obtained by oxidation were similar to that obtained by carboxymethylation.
