摘要
大港油田在唐家河油田新港508×2断块、沈家铺油田官109-1断块和羊季断鼻等3个区块的7口井上进行甲酸盐钻井液现场试验。在储层压力系数低,上部井眼存在易塌泥岩层的条件下,通过使用甲酸盐钻井液,提高了防塌能力,降低了钻井液密度。该钻井液主要由提粘剂CXV、降滤失剂CXF、井壁保护剂CXG、辅助抑制剂和甲酸盐等组成的低固相体系,根据需要,还可加入消泡剂、水基润滑剂等。该钻井液体系性能稳定,维护处理简单,降低了总固相和膨润土含量,保护了油气层、减轻了钻具与套管的腐蚀;在钻井施工速度、井下安全和油井产油量等方面效果明显,取得了良好的综合效益。
Formate drilling fluid can be used to prevent hole collapsing and reduce mud density in a certain degree, thus it is suitable for using in the wells with low reservoir pressure coefficient and sloughing shale. This system has been used in 7 wells on 3 blocks in Daqing Oilfield , and it is mainly consisted of viscosifier CXV, filtrate reducer CXF, wellbore protecting agent CXG, other inhibitors and formate. Defoaming agent and water-based lubricant can be also added into when necessary. This drilling fluid system has stable performances, easy maintenance, low solids and bentonite content, and it minimizes drillpipe corrosion and environment pollution, and formation damage as well.
