摘要
HXO体系是一种新型钻井液。室内对该体系的毒性、流变性、抑制性、润滑性能、抗温性等进行了试验。结果表明,处理剂HXO-1的分子结构与传统聚合物有明显区别,HXO钻井液无毒,不污染环境;润滑性好,在不加润滑剂的情况下,润滑性能明显优于传统的聚合物钻井液体系;HXO-1的成本约为丙烯类共聚物成本的60%,而在钻井液中的加量为0.2%-0.8%,明显低于聚合醇类处理剂用量;抑制性良好,滚动回收率高,水化膨胀率与FA367、K-PAM相当;水溶性好,配浆速度快、均匀,没有结块或“鱼眼”现象,可避免处理剂被振动筛除掉;处理剂HXO-1无荧光,不影响地质录井。
HXO is a novel drilling fluid system. Its toxicity, rheological property, inhibition, lubricity and temperature tolerance are tested in the laboratory, and the results show that the molecular structure of the additive HXO-1 is obviously different from that of the conventional polymer. It is free of toxicity and environmental pollution, it has better lubricity, and its cost is only about 60% of the propylene copolymers, while its dosage in drilling fluid is 0. 2%-0. 8% , which is much lower than the polyol additives. Furthermore, it has better inhibition , higher rolling recovery rate, good water solubility and fast and even distribution in the fluid. No fluorescence exists in the additive, thus it is good for mud logging.
