摘要
本文从等离子体吸收激光能量的理论入手 ,采用提升喷嘴的实验方法 ,系统研究了电磁场参数对等离子体控制的影响。研究结果表明 ,随磁场强度的加大 ,对等离子体的作用加强。而外加电压变化时 ,则存在一个最佳电压值 ,P =180 0W ,V =1m/min时 ,外加电压为 2 5V时对等离子体作用最强。
According to the theory that plasma absorbs laser energy and with the experiment method which elevates the nozzle during welding,the effect of magnetic field on plasma control is discussed.Experiment results show that effect of magnetic field on plasma is enhanced with increasing magnetic field intensity.There is an optimal voltage for the effect of magnetic field.In the case of 1800W Laser power and 1m/min welding speed,the optimal voltage is 25 volts.Experiment results also show that the effect of positive polarity magnetic field is more effective than that of negative polarity magnetic field.
