摘要
以氯铂酸为催化剂 ,利用含氢硅油 (PHDS)与烯丙基聚醚 (APE)的硅氢加成反应 ,合成出聚醚改性硅油 ;然后用乙醇胺进行胺化反应 ,制成纸张用氨基改性聚醚硅油柔软剂。硅氢加成反应的最佳工艺条件为 :PHDS与APE的质量比为 1∶8,时间为 4h ,温度 90~ 12 0℃。使用氨基改性聚醚硅油后 ,纸张的柔软度增加 ,但强度下降。
Polyether modified polysiloxane was synthesized by the hydrosilation reaction of hydrogen containing silicone fluid (PHDS)and allyl polyether(APE), using chloroplatinic acid as the catalyst. On the base, the amino modified polyether-siloxane as softening for paper was prepared by the amination of ethanolamine. It was the optimized synthesis condition of the hydrosilation reaction that the ratio of PHDS and APE was 1∶8, the reaction time was 4 h, the reaction temperature was 90~120. The softness of the paper using amino modified polyether-siloxane increased, but its tensile strength decreased.
