摘要
以辛酰氯和γ -氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷为原料 ,制成辛酰基氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷 ;采取缓慢滴加辛酰氯、将反应温度控制在 10℃、以三乙胺为酸吸收剂及时除去氯化氢等方法 ,控制副反应的发生 ,提高了辛酰基氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷的收率 ,收率在 80 %以上 ;并用红外光谱对产物进行了表征。
Octanoylaminopropyltriethoxysilane was prepared from octanoyl chloride and aminopropyltriethoxy silane.Side reactions were controlled by the methods of dropping octanoyl chloride slowly,controlling reaction temperature at 10℃ , and removing the hydrogen chloride timely by acid absorbent triethylamine,resulting in higher yield (>80%)of the product. The title compound was characterized by IR.
