摘要
离子膜法烧碱具有其它方法不可比拟的优越性 ,但国内离子膜法烧碱成本较高 ,其中一个主要原因是膜需靠进口。为了使离子膜法烧碱用膜国产化 ,我国曾进行过研究 ,但因技术难度大 ,进展迟缓。建议综合考虑国内全氟树脂质量及制膜技术攻关情况 ,所需引进制膜技术及装置的规模和资金来源、引进哪一家的膜适合国情以及报价等方面 。
The production method of ion-exchange-membrane caustic soda has more strong point than the others.But the cost of domestic ion-exchang-membrane caustic soda is higher.One of the main reasons is that the membranes need importing.How to make industrial ion-exchange-membrane for Chinese caustic soda production has been studied at home,but slow progresses have been made because the technique is extremely difficult.It is proposed to import advanced technology and equipment for membrane manufacturing at an opporture moment considering quality of domestic perfluro-resin and study of membrane manufacturing,membrane manufacturing technique and production scale to be imported,source of funds,imported membrane suitable to be applied in China,and quotation,etc.
