摘要
结合纸张定量控制难点,提出了一种能用于大时滞过程的自整定PID/PI控制算法。该算法参数整定简单,对过程模型的依赖性小,只需获得实际过程Nyquist曲线与S平面负虚轴交点处极限环信息便能完成PID/PI控制器参数的自整定,易于在线实现。参数整定基于幅值裕度和相角裕度鲁棒性能指标,算法鲁棒性强,适于纸张定量回路具有大时滞的工业过程控制。
After the brief production process of ordinary fourdrinier is introduced,the difficulty of paper basis weight control is analyzed.A PID/PI control algorithm which is capable of controlling large time-delay processes is presented.PID/PI parameter tuning can be finished only by obtaining the oscillation amplitude and frequency at the point where the Nyquist curve of the process intersects the negative imagi-nary axis in S plane via modified relay feedback identification method in frequent domain.Such a simple tuning method is little dependent on the process model and easy to implement on line.On the other hand,the PID/PI parameters are tuned based on the specified robust specifications of amplitude margin and phase margin,which is strongly robust and is very suitable for controlling such industrial processes with large time-delay as paper basis weight
