摘要
测试了七种所合成的N,N′-二取代二氯杂冠醚和N,N′,N″-三取代三氯杂冠醚的H、^(13)CNMR谱,着重讨论了其R基谱线的归属,R基上氢属于ABCD系统,与R上酰胺基氢峰重叠在一起,难以辩认,考察重水交换后谱图的变化,用经验计算、计算机模拟科氢化学位移(δ),在此基础上用二维碳氢相关技术得R基碳δ,并归属氮杂冠醚其它碳、氢δ,探讨了氮杂冠醚R基上酰胺基的动态行为。
The1 H13 C NMR spectra of 7 firstly synthesized azacrowns were recorded. Individual peaks were assigned with computer simulation, empirical rules, and HETCOR technique. The dynamic behavior of R substitute of azacrown was discussed.
