摘要
分析了四方相二氧化锆晶体在布里湖区(B.Z)高对称点的振动模的对称性,在此基础上提出了BZ边界M点声子的软化应与四方相到单斜相的相度有关。
In this paper, symmetry properties of normal vibrations at high symmetry points in the Briilouin Zone (BZ) for tetragonal zirconja were analysed. On the basis of the analyses, it is suggested that softening of a phonon τM2 at BZ boundary M point is associated with the tetragonal to monoclinic phase transition in ZrO2.
