摘要
从高聚物溶液的相分离现象出发,探索膜形成的可能机理。用这个机理能够较好解释所观测到的聚砜酰胺分子量对其超滤膜性能的影响。首次提出高聚物中那些聚合度很低的低聚体的存在,是导致膜质量变差的至为关键因素的学术见解。
A possible formation mechanism of asymmetric UF membrane was proposed based on the principles of phase separation and the effect of molecular weight of polysulfone amide on its UF membrane properties was explained satisfactorily by using the proposed mechanism. A scientific view that the existence of small moleculars with very low polymerization degree in the polymer is the one of key factors for the decline of the membrane quality was proposed firstly.
