摘要
介绍了用 IBM-PC微机和 8031 单片计算机组成二级控制的开口 Cd-Ni电池常规充电/放电测试系统的硬件结构和软件原理。系统可对 8~180只电池恒流充电放电:电流 1~20 A可调,相应的功率调节范围为 10~7 200 W,自动巡回测试,采集存储测量数据,任一电池达到充/放电预定条件时可自动退出充电放电串联回路,可分别给出各电池的测试结果。
The hardware and software of an IBM-PC microcomputer with its subsystem of 8031 single chip microcomputers controlling system for test of charge/discharge performances of vented Cd-Ni batteries has been described. The charge/discharge performances of 8 to 180 batteries could be set variably at a constant current of 1-20 A and a power of 10 W-7 200 W. With the automatic circuiting measurement ability of the system, data could be collected and stored, and any battery could automatically exit from the charge/discharge serial circuit on reaching the present condition. Thus the testing result for each battery could be obtained individually.
