摘要
本文通过引入自由经验参数的方法对基本S-型软件可靠性增长模型进行修正,着重讨论了修正S-型(MS-型)模型和S-型模型、NHPP模型、W-NHPP模型的统一问题,导得了统一模型参数的最小均方误差估值计算公式,并提出了一种估值经验参数的方法。实例应用结果表明,通过对模型引入经验参数修正可以提高其参数估值的有效性和模型对实际软件失效数据的拟合性能和预测能力,不失为一种改善软件可靠性模型性能的有效途径。
In this paper by introducing free experiential parameter we modify the S-shaped reliability model and discuss its uniting principle with other three models:S-shaped model, NHP model and W-NHPP model. The formula of the united model parameter estimation and the method to estimate the model free experiential parameter are also given in the paper. The results of the examples show that the modified model can improve the performance of the model parameter estimation, its repetitive capability and predictive capability.
