摘要
本文提出了一种光线跟踪的加速算法,该算法对整体光照模型的镜面反射项进行了改进,提出了层次包围体与均匀空间划分相结合的方法,采用了一种快速方盒查找方法,消除了光线与占据多个方盒的物体多次求交。提高了光线跟踪速度。
A fast algorithm for ray tracing is presented, with which the specular reflection term of global illumination model is improved. A hybrid technique combining hierarchical bounding volumes and constant size box partitioning is proposed and a fast box traversal algorithm is used. By this technique multiple ray intersections with objects in more than one box can be avoided. As a result, the speed of ray tracing is considerably increased.
