摘要
本文提出一种用于水文预报的专家系统,该系统包括洪水过程模拟,自适应校正,模糊评判和模糊控制器,通过计算机智能接口完成自然语言的对话咨询和控制。文中讨论了自然语言的模糊语义和语气算子,研究了推理规则和综合评判算法,并提出了专家知识和机器表达,量化及识别方式。将确定性水文模拟技术和专家经验推理结合构成的稳定性水文智能预报系统可以完成预报专家的主要工作。
A expert consulting system for hydrological forecasting has been proposed. It includs hydrograph modeling, adaptive correcting, fuzzy inference and fuzzy control modes. By means of talkback with computer in natural language, the forecasting consulting and modeling operating can be done. In this paper, the author give a discussion on the fuzzy meanning and mood operator in natural language. The fuzzy inference rule, comprehensive judgement and epxpert experience knowledge's expression, quantification, identification in computer has been dtudied. The intelligence forecasting system had been constructured by combination of hydrologic technique with expert decision. It can complete the main works of a hydrologist.
