摘要
厦门卷烟厂是中国烟草行业在特区中唯一的厂家,其税利收入在厦门市的财政收入中占有极其重要的位置,仅1987年税利达1.7亿元,占全市财政收入的三分之一强。为了进一步提高该厂的生产能力,争取更大的经济效益,中国烟草总公司批准厦门卷烟厂在《七五》期间进行全面技术改造,整个工程投资额为1980万元,这也是厦门市“七五”期间老企业改造重点项目。
The technical transfer engineering of Xiamen Cigarette Factory was one the 'Seventh Five-year plan' items in the Chinese Cigarette Company. This paper deals with some principles and methods of system engineering developed and applied in this engineering .It focuses on the application of PERT and Decision-making Technique.
