摘要
通过运用非线性有限元方法 ,对橡胶复合型弹簧的刚度特性进行了计算分析 ,分析中考虑了橡胶材料的非线性特征以及橡胶弹簧与弹簧裙套接触时的非线性机理 .讨论了不同橡胶材料对橡胶复合型弹簧刚度特性的影响 ,为不同用途的橡胶复合型弹簧的合理设计 。
The stiffness of a non-linear rubber-steel composite spring is analyzed by means of the finite element method.The non-linear properties of the rubber material and the contact between the spring and the spring container are considered.The influence of rubber categories on the stiffness of the non-linear spring is discussed.The theory,numerical method and results provided in this paper can be employed for the design of rubber-steel composite springs for various purposes.
