摘要 对颗粒强化钛基复合材料的强化粒子和基础合金的选择以及材料复合技术进行了研究。以TiC为强化粒子,T3-2和T3-4钛合金为基体,采用PTMP技术(Pretreatment Melting Process)制备的颗粒强化钛基复合材料,显示出良好的复合效果,具有较好的综合机械性能。 The selection of reinforce and matrix alloys,as well as the composite techniques of materials were studied.With T3-2 and T3-4 titanium alloys as matrix and TiC as reinforce, the particulate reinforced titanium based composites were made by PTMP (Pretreatment Metling Process). The material shows a better composite result and comprehensive mechamical properties.
