锆及锆合金中杂质钨的硫氰酸盐光度法测定 被引量:7

摘要 本试验研究了钨与硫氰酸盐生成有色配合物的条件,制订了测定锆及锆合金中杂质钨的方法。在H_2SO_4-HCl介质中用氯化亚锡加热处理还原钨到五价,加入KCNS显色,在400nm波长处测量吸光度以测定钨。本方法适用于锆及其合金中0.002%以上钨的测定。其加料回收率在95%—105%。样品测定结果重现性好,变异系数不大于4%。 The forming conditions of complex by tungsten and thiocyanate are investgated. A method for determination of the impurity tungsten in Zr and its alloys are described in this paper. Tungsten is determined by reducing W to five-valence by stannous chloride heating in H_2SO_4-HCl solution, then adding KCNS to form complex and measuring the absorbance at 400nm wave length. The method is applicable for de termining tungsten>0.002% in Zr and its alloys. The recovery ratio of the charged material is about 95%~105%. The coefficient of variation is less than 4%.
