摘要
China’s M\-2/GDP ratio is high than of other major countries,our empirical study reveal that it is caused mainly by the declining of cash/M 2 Ratio,the rapid slowdown of currency circulating speed and the singular financial assets.The high M\-2/GDP ratio implies that China is facing challenges such as the establishment of social welfare system,the dilution of non\|performing assets and the diversification of financial assets.The myth shall not be exaggerated as a hint of financial crisis.
