摘要
目的 :为金刚藤鉴别与开发利用提供依据。方法 :形态 ,性状 ,显微及紫外吸收光谱鉴定。结果 :完成了原植物形态 ,药材形状与显微特征的描述和紫外吸收光谱的建立。结论 :部分结果可为制定金刚藤的质量标准提供依据。
OBJECTIVE To identify Jin Gang Teng.METHODS Pharmacognostical studies were carried out by phytotomy,macroscopic,microscopich and UV absorption spectrum analysis.RESULTS Detailed description of its pharmacognostical characteristics were accomplished and described.CONCLUSIONS The results can be used for quality standardization of commercial product of Jin Gang Teng.
