摘要
根据反馈原理,采用乘法器设计和实现了一个用于电磁感应阻抗测量的高精度鉴相器。当激励频率为 50KHz时,鉴相器的相位灵敏度△Vq/△φ=11.46V/rad;输出端噪声的标准差 STD(△φ[rad])=1.42×10-4rad;输出端的信噪比 SNR=41.842dB;系统响应时间为 3s。
The high-resolution phase detector for impedance measurement by electromagnetic induction, based on the principle of feedback, is electrically realized with multipliers. When the excitation frequency is 50KHz, the sensitivity, the STD (standard deviation) of the measured phase, the SNR (signal noise ratio) and the response time of the system are 11.46V/rad, 1.42*10-4rad, 41.842dB and 3s respectively.
