摘要
目的 :观察补肾冲剂对系膜增殖性肾小球肾炎 (mespGN)兔脂代谢、血清和肾局部NO水平的影响。方法 :采用灌胃法给予实验兔补肾冲剂 ,分别观察实验期间模型兔 2 4h尿蛋白定量、肾功能 (BUN、Scr)、血脂 (TG、TC、LDL、HDL)、血清和肾局部NO水平以及肾组织形态学改变。结果 :与模型组相比 ,补肾冲剂具有明显的降尿蛋白、增加血清和肾局部NO水平、调节脂代谢的作用 ,其肾脏病理损害较轻。结论 :补肾冲剂能够从多方面发挥对MesPGN兔的治疗作用。
Objective:To investigate the effects of bushen infusion on the levels of blood-lipid(serum total cholesterol/TC,triglyceride/TG,low density lipoprotein cholesterol/LDL,high density lipoprotein/HDL),renal and serum nitric oxide(NO) amounts in rabbit with mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis(MesPGN). Methods:Changes of indexes,including qualitative examination of urinary protein in 24 hour,renal function(urea nitrogen/BUN,plasma creatinine/Scr),the levels of blood-lipid,renal and serum NO amounts,and morphological observation,were observed. Results: Bushen infusion could reduce the quantity of urinary protein obviously,increase the amounts of renal and serum NO,and decrease the levers of TG and LDL(at 8 week).The pathologic changes were abated significantly in the rabbits feeded by Bushen infusion. Conclusion: Bushen infusion may be helpful for preventing the development of MesPGN.
