Juye coal field: development conditions and key technology for shaft-sinking

摘要 巨野煤田总地质储量 5 5 .7亿t,是目前山东省面积最大、储量最多的煤田。煤层厚且赋存较稳定 ,可采区煤层平均厚度 7.16m ,有利于实现高产高效机械化开采。煤质硬度小 ,为低灰、低磷、特低硫 ,中高发热量的优质煤。外部建设条件优越 ,具有很高的开发价值。但煤层上部覆盖有深厚表土不稳定含水地层 ,需采用地层冻结法或钻井法施工井筒 ,其深度比国内已施工的井筒分别大 170m和 10 0m ,是新井开发必须攻克的技术关键。 With a total geological coal reserves of 5.57 billion tons, Juye coal field is the largest coal field in Shandong Province. Its coal seams are thick and occurrence stable with thickness of mineable coal seams averaged at 7.16m. This is favourable for mechanized mining at higher efficiency and higher production rate. The quality of coal is high with coal hardness minors and contents of ash, phosphorous low, sulfur content extremely low and calorific value medium to high. Juye coal field is endowed with favourable development conditions and therefore this coal field is of very high value of exploitation. However, the very deep overburden of unstable water bearing strata requires freezing method or drilling method for shaft sinking process. The depth of such overburden is 170m and 100m deeper than the completed coal mine shafts of the same category in this country. Shaft sinking is hence the key to the development of Juye coal field. This paper discusses the key technology required in the drilling process and freezing process to be used in the shaft sinking in Juye coal field development.
