摘要
本文介绍了型面联接的两种常用形式、型面联接的典型应用实例和等距型面孔的曲线方程,并以三弧段等距型面孔(XD-3)为例,给出了在数控机床上铣削等距型面孔时铣刀运动轨迹形成的实际曲线与理论曲线间最大偏差的表达式,最后推导出了确定铣刀中心坐标的算法。经过在XK5040-1型数控铣床上加工XD-3型面孔的实验证明,可以在数控机床上通过铣削方法得到精密的等距型面孔,当采用直线插补法加工时,等距型面孔表面粗糙度可达到Ra=10~20μm,尺寸精度等级可达到IT7。
In this paper,the two common forms and some applications of profile connections and the equation of the equidistant profile are introduced.With the example of XD-3,the expression of maximal deviation between practical curve of the milling cutter track and theoretical curve is put forward.In the end,the algorithm of calculating center coordinate of milling cutter is given.It is concluded that the roughness of surface Ra is about 10-20μm and the grade of dimension precision is IT7,while the equidistant profile hole is being milled on XK5040-1numerically-controlled machine tool with linear interpolation method.
