摘要
以Ni-p合金为主体金属,以粒径为0.1~0.3μm的晶态α-Al_2O_3为分散相进行化学复合镀.经研究得出,获得良好镀层的最佳条件是:α-Al_2O_3的添加量6g/L;镀液pH4.5~4.6;温度86°±1℃;搅拌速度400r/min.用扫描电子显微镜观察了镀层表面分散相的分布状况.用X-射线衍射仪分析了镀态和热处理后的镀层中存在的相.用显微硬度计测定了镀层的硬度.
This article deals with the chemical composite plating proceeded by using Ni-P alloy as main metal and crystalline α-Al2O3 particles with 0.1-0.3μm in size as disperse phase. The optimum conditions for obtaining well coatings are found to be addition of α-Al2O3: 6 g/L, pH of plating bath: 4.5-4.6, temperature: 86±1 ℃ and stirring rate: 400 r/min. The distribution of dispersion phase is observed by scanning electron micrograph. The phases in both coatings of as plated and after heat treatment are established by X-ray diffractometer, and the hardness of the coatings is determined by microhardometcr.
