摘要
Easy calculation can be carried out on central stake coordinate at each point on a gentle transition curve by means of establishing a symmetrical coordinate system and appropriatecoordinate transition. The method described in the paper is simple and practicable. Less input information are needed in programming and It is very easy to make a program in pocket computer or programmable calculator. It is not only suitable for curves with large radius but also overcomes the disadvantages found in original calculation method (He Pingzong).
