PAG在大鼠主动回避反应习得中的作用

摘要 用wistar大鼠30只,观察了电刺激和电解损毁PAG对大鼠穿梭箱主动回避反应习得的影响.结果如下:(1)无论是对照组(N=10),或电刺激PAG组(N=10),随着训练,它们的主动回避反应率都呈逐日上升趋势,但以电刺激PAG组更为明显,两组差异显著;(2)损毁PAG组(N=10),其主动回避反应率不及对照组,差异亦显著;(3)损毁PAG组其主动回避反应率远比电刺激PAG组要低.结果表明,电刺激PAG可增进大鼠穿梭箱主动回避反应,损毁PAG则使之降低.由此提示,PAG在主动回避反应习得过程中起重要作用. The present study was to observe the effect of electrical stimulation of the PAG and electrolytic damage of the PAG on the shuttle-box conditioned avoidance behavior. Thirty Wistar rats were used in the study. The results were as follows: (1) The active avoidance response rate increased every day following the training with shuttle-box both in the control group(N= 10) and stimulation PAG group(N= 10), but the active avoidance response rate of stimulation PAG group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05-0.01); (2) The active avoidance response rate of damage PAG group (N=10) markedly lower than that of control group (P<0.05-0.01); and (3) The active avoidance response rate of the damage PAG group was far more less than that of stimulation PAG group. Above results indicated that electrical stimulation of PAG significantly can improve the active avoidance reflex, however, the active avoidance response rate was retarded after PAG was electrolyticlly destroyed. suggesting that PAG plays an important role in the learning and memory.
