摘要
研究了基底上金原子集团的分布随温度而尖锐化的效应和集团密度随温度升高的增长效应,所得的结论与Henry等人(Surf.Sci.1985,156;952—962)实测的数据基本一致.
The effects for the distributions of gold-atomic clusters which are sharpened with temperature on NaCl( 100 ) substrates, and for the density of clusters which are increased with temperature, have been discussed in datail. The ressult of theory analysis essentially consistent with the data measured by Henry et al. ( Surf Sci, 1985, 156: 952-962).
