摘要
本文详细地阐述了CL 128 E和CL 256 C自扫描光电二极管列阵的电路框图及工作原理.讨论了降低器件噪声的电路结构及工艺设计要点.提出了一种新颖的高速、低功耗电路作为列阵的扫描电路,对其工作原理进行了分析.最后给出了上述两种器件的技术参数测试结果.
In this paper expound the working principles and the circuits diagrams of the self-scanning photoelectric diode arrays CL128 E and CL256 C. The circuits structure in reducing device noise and the essentials of fabrication technology are also discussed. We present a novel dynamic circuits with high speed and low power consumption as the scanning part of these arrays, whose working principles are analyzed. The technical parameters and the testing results of these two devices are included at the end of this paper.
