摘要
本工艺首先从啤酒酿造废水中分离啤酒酵母泥用作饲料蛋白源,是对啤酒酿造废水的前处理.然后,将清液COD_(Cr)控制在1万至3万mg/L之间,用于中温厌氧消化生产新能源(沼气).容积产气率为5—13m^3/m^3·d,COD_(Cr)去除率为96%.采用理化方法对中温厌氧消化排出液进行后处理,可使排出液COD_(Cr)降至78—235mg/L,达到四川环境污染物(试行)排放标准.
This technology first separates the yeast out of waste water of brewing beer using as the protein source of feed. It's indispensable for pre-trcatrncmt. Then to keep CODCr under the control of 10000-30000mg/L in order to produce the biogas at midtemperature ( 35-37℃ ) anaerobic didcstion. The rate of producing biogas of volume is 5-13m3/m3.d and the CODCr remove rate is 96 %. Mesophilic anaerobic digestion efficient further treated by physical-chemical process the final efficient CODCr and it is only 78-235 mg/L. It reaches the standard of Sichuan discharged waste water.
