摘要
在不同的体系中 (水相和有机相介质 )以及不同的条件 (搅拌和超声 )下制备了具有不同还原度的Mn Ox(1 .5 5 <x<1 .8) ,并利用 XRD,IR,化学分析 ,TEM,充放电实验等对其进行了表征及性能研究 .结果表明 ,在水相中还原超声波可以加速还原反应 ,并且搅拌条件下制得的样品的主要晶型为α-Mn OOH,超声条件下制得的主要晶型为 γ-Mn OOH.还原样品放电性能得到提高 ,放电容量与 I.C.No.1 Mn O2 相比可以提高2 1 .5 % .
Partially reduced γ MnO 2 were prepared from I.C.No1 EMD by stirring method and additional ultrasonic irradiation in aqueous or organic medium in the presence of hydrazine hydrate respectively . The reduced samples were characterized by oxidation degree analysis, XRD, IR and TEM. The results showed that in aqueous medium ultrasound can accelerate the reduction and change the crystal form of products. The main crystal form of product prepared under stirring condition was α MnOOH and that with ultrasound promotion was γ MnOOH. The properties of electrode fabricated by these partially reduced MnO x were improved. The discharge capacity of partially reduced products increased by 21 5% compared with that of IC1.
