摘要
激光能引起小麦穗粒和株型等性状的遗传变异.但各世代性状的变异有所不同,L_2代的变异明显大于L_3代.由抽穗期、株高、穗粒数和千粒重等性状配合的选择指数的遗传进度相对效率高达176%,表明多性状的综合选择比单一性状的选择效果更好.
In order to investigate the mutagenic effects of laser in wheat,genetic coefficient of va-riation(GCV),genetic variance(?~2),heritability(h_B^2),genetic gain(CS)and selection index(Ⅰ)were estimated and compared in a three-year experiment,in which six treatments of la-ser irradiation with CO_2 and/or Nd-glass laser at two doses were adopted.Considerablegenetic variations in heading time,fertile spike number per plant,fertile spikelet number,grain number of the main spike,grain weight of the main spike and grain weight per plant,and in plant type were induced by the laser treatments,the genctic variations being morepronounced in L_2 than in L_3 genaration.The ralative effectiveness of selection index in theoptimum combination of heading time,plant height,grains/spike and 1000-seed weightwas as high as 176%,suggesting that comprehensive selection for a number of charactersmay yicld better results than selection for a single cha(?)acter.
