摘要
在甘蔗分蘖期和伸长盛期喷施300ppm 的稀土,可提高分蘖后期、伸长初期和盛期的酸性转化酶和淀粉酶活性,抑制生长素氧化酶活性,并提高光合强度,进而促进了单茎重和糖分的提高.其效果是迟熟品种高于中、早熟品种。低于100ppm 或高于500ppm 的稀土则效果不显著或呈负效应.
Changes in the activity of foliar acid invertase,amylase and IAA oxidase in threesugarcane varieties after spraying the plants with rare earths at 100~1000 ppm were inves-tigated and their effects on photosynthesis and some other characters were recorded.The re-sults showed that rare earth solution at 300 ppm enhanced the activity of foliar acidinvertase and amylasc and suppressed the activity of IAA oxidasc during the early andmiddle stages of sugarcane growth,thus increasing photosynthesis and stalk weight andsugar content.The effects of rare earths appeared more pronounced in the late-maturingvariety than in the carly-maturing or medium-maturing variety.The effects of 100 ppmrare carths were not significant whercas 500 ppm or more proved to be detrimental.
