摘要
1988~1990年,用单一建立的棉枯萎病、黄萎病圃对四川省选育和引进的棉花品种(系)进行鉴定,结果证明棉花枯萎病和黄萎病水泥槽病圃的发病强度略高于大田重病地,且病菌分布均匀,鉴别力强,便于控制管理,适于棉花品种(系)和抗源的苗期和成株期鉴定.鉴定结果表明,在185份品种(系)中,兼抗(耐)枯、黄萎病的品种(系)15份,抗枯萎病的8份,抗(耐)黄萎病的11份.
Diseased beds in cement pools of Fusarium or Verticillium wilts were established onthe basis of known pathogenicity and distribution of Fusarium and Verticillium wilts ofcotton inocula,strains in Sichuan province,It was demonstrated after several years of exper- iments that the disease incidence in the diseased beds was slightly higher than that in the se-vere-diseased field.Distribution of the inocula in the diseased beds was more uniform thanin the field and its management was more convenient.It facilitated the identification of theresistance to these two diseases in newly-developed cotton varieties or lines and of theirantigens at both seedling and adult stages.In 1988-1990,the resistance(tolerance)to Fusarium and Verticillium wilts of 185 newvarictics(lines)selected in or introduced to Sichuan province were identified.Fifteengenotypes were shown to be resistant(tolerant)to both Fusarium and Verticillium wilts:B023-11,B013-2,86-4,Yanmian No.1,E411-1,83-21,109,109-2,034,B043-24,F5-99,BF6-7-1,M056-3,BF6-5-16 and F5-94.Eight genotypes were resistant toFusarium:BF6-5-24,B006-24,Ez523-5,Ez511-6,Ez518-4,Ez-511-2,D2226 andEz516-3.The genotypes resistant or tolerant to Verticillium wilt included 2789,Chuan Hy-brid 872,86-271,Zhong 6337,C1106,C1069,C1077,80-14,BF6-72,C0400 and C0013.
