摘要
具有3片叶的生姜茎尖(0.2~0.9mm)再生植株,是最适宜的保存材料,培养于含2mg/1BA,0.6mg/INAA 和3%甘露醇的MS 培养基上的生姜试管苗可在15℃和1200Lx 的连续光照下不转管保存12个月。
A method of storing ginger(Zingiber officinale Risc。)stock plant in vitro has been develped overa period of three years,various storage materials amd storage conditions were examined。Shoot—tip(0.2—0.9mm)regenerated plantlets with about three leaves were found to be the best for storage.Gingerplantlets,cultured in MS basal medium supplemented with 2 mg/1 BA,0.6mg/1 NAA and 3% manni-tol survived 12 months when stored at 15℃ under continuous white fluorescent light at an intensityoutside the culture vessel of approximately 1200 lux.
