摘要
用溶壁酶和纤维素酶溶解糙皮侧耳pleurotus ostreatrus 的细胞壁,以PEG为融合促进剂,得到了种内融合子。融合子四分体的丝氨酸基因和蛋氨酸基因不连锁或距离很远。
Intraspecific protoplast fusion bodies of Pleurotus ostreatus were obtained on a minimum mediumsupplemented with the fusogen PEG MW 6000.Wallzyme and cellulase were used to dissolve the cellwalls.An examination of the fusion bodies tetrads revealed that the two genes ser and met in P.ostrea-tus might be non—linked and located far from each other.
